Here are some of my guidelines for how I feel I can live my life best: bringing my body, soul and spirit in line!
* Maintaining a 80% Raw diet with lots of superfood smoothies, vegetable juices and salads
* Practicing yoga and meditation every day
* Keeping my body free of poisons and intoxications as much as possible
* Connecting with the elements, the sun, the moon, the mountains, a flower etc.
* Remembering to have fun, laugh and smile, and remember the cosmic play
* Listen more to my heart than to my mind
* Reconnect with my Higher Self
* Be honest with my Self
* Connect with the beauty in nature
* Be still and know my true Self
* Laugh and make others laugh, remember to play!
* Show compassion and love for others as well as my self
* Do something fun with my kids
* Have sacred moments with my partner
* Being patient with myself and others
