Superfoods Superfoods is food with an extremely high content of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and anti-oxidants, much more then normal food.

250 grams almonds

Base: Put it all in a food processor, mix the dates in last until it gets sticky, then place it in a cake tray and make it flat.
Topping: 3 cups soaked cashewnuts 2/3 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup agave sirop 4 Tbsp chia seeds lemon by taste Any berries you like, keep some whole for decoration. Blend all and pour over the base, decorate with the berries and put some hours in the freezer before serving.

Raw cacao
Is very delicious and reduces high bloodpressure, stress and anxiety, as well as inducing a state of well-being. It has one of the highest concentrations of anti-oxidants and is very rich in magnesium and iron. It has properties that can induce the feeling of 'being in love' and is therefore good for combating depression.
Goji-berries
These little red berries make you feel good and give you a lot of energy. They are rich in Beta-caroteen and full of anti-oxidants.They taste great mixed in trail mixes, muesli, desserts or sprinkled on top of smoothies.
Maca
This is a powder from a root that grows high in the Andes. It enhances vitality, energy and libido. It is very good for the endocrine system and it helps regulate hormonal irregularities and enhances fertility.
Chlorella
This micro-algae has one of the highest sources of chlorophyll! 40 times higher than wheat grass! It gently detoxifies heavy metals, pesticides and other poisons from the body and is very good to use when doing a cleanse. It is also a powerful immune system enhancer and is said to fight cancer.
Spirulina
This is another micro blue-green algae which is a very nutrient-rich food and a high known source of protein. It is easily digestible and is both detoxifying and tonifying. Spirulina can be very helpful for those with deficiencies and poor assimilation.
Bee pollen
Is very high in protein and contains all known vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes & co-enzymes needed for the body.
Camu Camu
This powder is made from a very nutrient-rich berry, which has the highest known source of Vitamin C. It is anti-viral and boosts the immune system. Very helpful when you have a cold or flu!
Barley/ Wheat Grass
Is very alkalising and full of chlorophyll! It cleanses and rebalances the whole body and protects the cells from toxic metals and free radicals.
